This consumer-oriented event consisted of three
separate tours covering 39 cities. Terry was
the presenter for the "A Tour" which visited
the 10 largest markets.
The event ran Friday afternoons and all day
Saturday and Sunday on the hour. Terry kicked
off each session with a short overview of the
completely re-designed vehicle which
accompanied him on stage. This world-class
event included several partner companies whose
participation was seamlessly integrated into
the presentation.
Terry also explained the driving courses
available, relating their purpose back to the
capabilities of the new M-Class. He then
dispatched the attendees to the courses and
remained accessible for questions.
As part of a cross-promotion with the Dr.
Phil television program, a new ML350 was
awarded to the "Most Deserving Mom" as selected
by Dr. Phil. The TV program was tied into the
M-Class Road Rally and the winner was brought
out to the program in Los Angeles. Terry
assisted with the camera crews and performed a
ceremonial awarding of the keys.
